Player housing has been released. Head to your starting location to complete the quest to receive the deed to your house. Once you have obtained the deed, you can click the new icon of the navigation bar to get to your house.
You can walk around your house, add and rearrange items. Items cannot be removed from your house as of now. Looking for new furniture? A furniture store has opened up on each of the starting locations.
New locations have opened up across VPN, with loads of new quests and items. Along with this, a new faction has been released:
The Roc’s Claw
.
“This clandestine organization, based out of a secret Citadel in Phinea, is one of the world’s most preeminant spying organizations. Everything they do is cloaked in secrecy and nobody quite knows for sure if they even exist. Membership is by invite only.”
Quite a few new achievements have been released. These achievements, the new items and all the new quests will be added to our databases in the next few days. Keep checking back for up to date information.
A new VPN achievement has just been uncovered:

You can find information on this achievement, and all the others from Meteor Games in the first achievement database, right here on The Meteorites Databases. We will be adding lots of new features to the databases soon, including wish lists, logs, social network-esque features, statistics and rankings of players. Stay tuned

Yes, you did read it right. You can now regain energy from playing minigames. As of yet, we are not sure of the amount of energy gained, but will update this as we find out more. According to Adam; “if you get energy 5 times it starts being a lot less. 10, 15 times its only like 5-10% of your energy and over 20 times you get nothing.”
More information will be posted as it is uncovered
Edit: It appears the energy from minigames system wasn’t actually live at the posting of the above. It is now live, but is currently not showing up the energy gained.

Update: Energy boosts from playing mini games appears to be working properly now. From what I have seen, it starts at 50% boost at a 58 copper payout and goes down by 5% from there. The % is calculated on your total max energy without added boost items. (So, if you have an item that allows you to have 41 energy, you will still only get a boost based on 39 energy.) It also appears some of the point levels have changed for maximum payout. More to come on that as we explore what the changes are.
Meteor Games has just updated the friend page on VPN. It now looks like this:
The new design has isn’t showing things up exactly as they should be right now, but I’m sure they will be fixed soon.
The layout of the page has dramatically changed, allowing for easier viewing of friends. With the new design, you can boost friends, go to your inbox, go to their profile or remove them from your friend’s list.
